Accessibility Statement

Effective October 7, 2026

VurtuoLabs is committed to making its public website usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time certification.

1. Accessibility goal

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target where reasonably applicable to the Site. This statement expresses a goal and process; it is not a representation that every page, state, embed, document, or third-party feature fully conforms at all times.

2. Measures we take

  • Use semantic page structure, meaningful heading order, descriptive links, and text alternatives for informative imagery where practical.

  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus treatment for interactive controls.

  • Maintain readable contrast, responsive layouts, zoom support, and content that does not rely on color alone.

  • Review forms for labels, instructions, error identification, and logical navigation.

  • Consider motion sensitivity and support reduced-motion preferences where the platform and component permit.

  • Include accessibility review in material design and content changes and remediate confirmed barriers according to severity and feasibility.

3. Compatibility

The Site is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies on supported operating systems. Older browsers, unusual configurations, browser extensions, or unsupported combinations may behave differently. Keeping browsers and assistive technologies current may improve compatibility.

4. Third-party content

Some content or functionality may be provided by third parties, such as scheduling, forms, video, social platforms, repositories, or external documents. We do not control every accessibility aspect of those services, but we welcome reports and will provide a reasonable alternative when feasible.

5. Known limitations

Animated backgrounds, complex visual demonstrations, embedded services, and newly published material may present limitations before review or remediation. Decorative motion should not convey essential information. If an animation, embed, or document creates a barrier, contact us for an alternative method of obtaining the information or completing the task.

6. Feedback and accommodation requests

Email info@vurtuolabs.com with the subject “Accessibility.” Describe the page or feature, the barrier encountered, the assistive technology and browser used if relevant, and the preferred format or accommodation. Do not include sensitive medical details. We aim to acknowledge actionable reports within a reasonable period and prioritize issues that block access to essential information or contact functions.

7. Ongoing review

We may use manual review, automated testing, keyboard testing, contrast review, and feedback to identify improvements. Automated tools cannot detect every accessibility issue, and conformance can change as content and third-party services evolve.
